a. Ask Iris LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to our services at any time for any reason.

b. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the application.

a. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

b. Ask Iris LLC does not warrant that our services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

 

Limitation of Liability:

a. Ask Iris LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

b. You agree to indemnify and hold Ask Iris LLC harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of our services.

 

Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

b. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Saint Louis, Missouri.
